• Cardiology Clinic and Call
  • Schedule will be either:
    • 2-3 days of clinic and 2 days of call
    • 2-3 days of call and 2 days of clinic
  • Call: Monday-Sunday, 7:00a-5:00p
  • Clinic: Monday-Friday, 8:00a-4:30p
  • Average 14 clinic PPD
  • Average 18-20 inpatient PPD
  • Level II trauma center
  • 5 physicians, 3 APPs in group
• December 1 to May 1
• EMR: EPIC
• Credentialing: 30-60 days

Skills and Requirements:

• NP certification
• Active Washington NP license
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
• 1-year Cardiology experience

Pay Rate: $114.00 per hour

Details:

• Outpatient clinic
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00p
  • No holidays, weekends or call
  • 9-12 month contract preferred
• Immediate and ongoing
• EMR: EPIC
• Credentialing: 30-60 days

• NP certification
• Active Georgia NP license
• AHA BLS
• 1-year Urology experience

Pay Rate: $105.00 per hour

Details:

• Outpatient walk-in clinic
  • Full-time coverage (40 hours per week)
  • Clinic hours:
    • Monday-Friday, 8:00a-6:30p
    • Saturday, 8:00a-12:00p
  • Visits include:
    • sore throats
    • sinus infections
    • UTIs
    • conjunctivitis
    • insect/animal bites
  • 15-30 patients per shift
• November 1 and ongoing
  • Initial 3-month contract with potential to extend
• EMR: EPIC
• Credentialing: 90 days

• Missouri NP license
• AHA BLS certification
• 1-year Primary Care experience

Pay Rate: $105.00  per hour

• Structural Heart team
  • Maternity leave coverage
  • Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts
  • Possibly 10-hour shifts at times
  • 100% adult, 50% clinic, 50% inpatient
  • 8-10 patients per day
• January 6 to May 30
• EMR: EPIC
• Credentialing: 90 days

• NP certification
• Washington NP license
• AHA BLS and ACLS certification
• 1-year Cardiovascular Surgery experience including FA in OR with EVH

Pay Rate: $110.00  per hour

• Inpatient and OR coverage
  • Level II trauma center
  • Rounding and FA in OR
  • 5-10 patients per shift, 12-30 average census
  • 2 APPs on during day, 1 APP on at night
  • Must be comfortable suturing and performing fracture reductions
  • Will respond to call and ED pages independently with Trauma or Orthopedic surgeons for backup
• Immediate to March 1
• EMR: Cerner
• Credentialing: 60-120 days

• 1-year Orthopedic Surgery experience

Pay Rate: $134.00  per hour

  • Reserve clinic 3 days per week
  • Facility vehicles available
  • Solo provider with access to medical directer
  • Procedures include:
    • Toe nail removal
    • Ear lavage
    • Suturing
    • Cryo for wart, lesions and skin tag removal
  • Average 10-12 PPD
• Immediate and ongoing
• EMR: NextGen
• Credentialing: 30-60 days

• NP certification
• New Mexico NP license
• AHA BLS, ACLS and PALS certification
• 1-year Primary Care experience

Pay Rate: $100.00  per hour
