Locum Assignments

Location: Spokane WA

Details:

• Inpatient OR
  • Minimum 3 shifts per week 
  • 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available
  • High paced, high acuity
• 5 providers needed
• September 1 and ongoing
• EMR: EPIC
• Credentialing: 60 days

Skills and Requirements:

• CRNA board certification
• 1-year CRNA experience
• AHA BLS and ACLS

Pay Rate: $190.00-210.00 per hour

Provided Travel Expenses:

• Round-trip flight
• Rental car and fuel

This assignment is a 1099 contract position. Malpractice insurance is provided for the duration of the assignment with $1M/$3M coverage limits.

Location: Rice Lake WI and Eau Claire WI

Details:

• Inpatient OR
  • Ortho, Spine, Gen Surg, OB/GYN, ENT, Dental, Urology, Endo/ERCP (No Cardiac)
  • House-wide intubations, central and arterial lines, epidurals and codes
  • Rotating in-house call
• Immediate to October 31
• EMR: Cerner
• Credentialing: 60 days

• 1-year CRNA experience
• AHA BLS, ACLS and PALS

Pay Rate: $180.00-200.00 per hour

  • Flexible schedule (7 on/7 off, 14 on/14 off, etc)
• June 3 to December 27

• Credentialing: 90 days

• Michigan NP license
• 1-year CRNA experience
• AHA BLS and ACLS

Pay Rate: $195.00-215.00 per hour

Pay Rate: $220.00-240.00 per hour
